Requirement to Unlock Cabinet: Official Rank reaches Secondary 6th

Rules

• You can dispatch 5 retainers max in each event. Exiled retainers can not be dispatched.
• Once you confirm the dispatch, you can’t recall your retainer. The increased Attribute of the dispatching retainer will not be counted in the ranking.
• Each retainer can only be dispatched once a week. The dispatch chance will be reset at 5:00 (game time) every Monday.
• Dispatch Time: 12:05-22:00 (game time) each day (also the time of issuing event)
• Time to Claim Rewards: 22:05-12:00 (game time)
• There are Strength, Intelligence, Politics, Charisma and Total event in Cabinet. 
• Each event has three grades: Primary, Vantage and Advanced. The rewards you get are decided by the Ranking and Event grade. The corresponding Military Seals should be consumed to participate, which can be redeemed in Alliance-Redeem (Required Alliance Level ≥  2 ).

Tips

• You can dispatch your retainer at around 21:50-21:55 game time. Most people already dispatched their retainers at that time. Then you can check which event has less strong players attend or less players attend. In this way, you can easily get a good ranking. 
• The Advanced event has rich rewards, so you need to focus on the advanced event and dispatch the best retainer to get a good ranking.
• You can train the retainer by focusing on their Speciality. For example, you can train Wei Zhongxian for Politic, Fan Lihua for Strength, Bacon for Intelligence, Hannibal for Charisma. When you attend the Strength event, you can dispatch Fan Lihua and other less strong retainers. Less investment, the biggest gain.
• You should estimate the Attribute of retainers from competitors first, then you can dispatch the corresponding retainers to get the ranking you want.
• Due to each retainer can only be dispatched once a week, please try to dispatch all the retainers to attend the Advance event if possible.
